After 30 years of brokering real estate sales in the southern Denver Metro area, I stay at the peak of my game by my commitment to learning, listening, and taking action on my clients’ behalf. My most recent designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) places me in an elite group of brokers to achieve the most beneficial results possible. My marketing tagline is "The Realtors Friends Tell Their Friends About" and I'm proud to say 78% of my business comes from referrals from past clients and other brokers across the country. My professional track record is unblemished. I’ve been selling real estate in Douglas County since 1980 without litigation, without complaint to the Board of Realtors, and without complaint to the Colorado Real Estate Commission.
